Stopped working, please fix.

I have an iPhone 5, and although the app keeps telling me there is a new version of any state or travel block I try to look up, I press "yes" to download the update, and nothing changes. I only get a document stating connecting to server. If I download all 50 states, I get the progress bar as it downloads them individually, then I go to open a state, and get the same request for update.
All of a sudden, nothing works, please fix.
